Natural Island Smoke started off as a small project, but thanks to the diverse talents and efforts of our amazing team, it has grown into something truly special and unique!
Meet Dylan:
Dylan is our resident bookworm, guitar enthusiast, and research expert. When he’s not strumming acoustic tunes, he’s ensuring product quality or sharing his extensive knowledge on our relaxation lines, namely Delta and Kratom. His honest approach and meticulous attention to organization reflect his dedication to customer service. Need a recommendation? He’s your go-to guy- he might even crack a joke to brighten your day.
Meet Johnny:
Johnny is the undisputed King of Customer Service. This guy could sell ice to an Eskimo, all while debating the finer points of WWE wrestling and which superhero is the absolute best (it’s a heated debate, trust us). Johnny’s the glue that holds this motley crew together, and with 6+ years in the smoke shop game, he’s seen it all and knows it all too. He probably has some stories, but we’re not sure we’re ready for them.
Meet Abu:
He’s the new kid on the block, but don’t let that fool you. Abu’s the calm in the eye of the Natural Island Smoke storm. He rolls in on his motorcycle, cool as a cucumber, and shares his ever-growing knowledge. He’s a smoking enthusiast himself, so you know his recommendations come from a place of genuine passion. He’s the zen master of the smoke shop, and we’re all just trying to reach his level of chill.
Meet Yeni:
Yeni (a.k.a. the Boss) is the queen of her smoky domain and a merchandising mastermind. This boss lady juggles two businesses, two teenagers (send help), a husband, a goldendoodle, and a feisty parrot. However, it’s no secret that her thriving empire is sustained by her remarkable and diverse extended-family team, who efficiently run operations while she focuses on details and addresses business challenges.
